This is a full-time on-site position, located in Rehovot, for an Adult Cardiac Surgery Resident. The role involves participating in preoperative and postoperative patient care, assisting in cardiac surgery procedures, and collaborating with senior surgeons and a multidisciplinary team. The resident will also be engaged in clinical rounds, educational activities, and case discussions to enhance surgical knowledge and skills. Maintaining patient records and participating in quality improvement initiatives are key aspects of this role.

• Proficient knowledge and skills in general surgery and cardiac surgical procedures
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration abilities within multidisciplinary medical teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex medical cases and provide solutions
• Commitment to learning and professional development in adult cardiac surgery
• Capability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Medical degree and successful completion of an accredited general surgery residency program
• Board eligibility or certification in general surgery is required
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Hebrew is advantageous
