Position Description

--Part Time Position, Long Term

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our Germany website for to the German-speaking recruitment test preparation market.
• Conduct product research and create engaging marketing content.
• Translate and localize content from English to German.
• Implement SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with a team of language specialists
• Contribute to ongoing projects.
• Take ownership of your projects and drive personal and professional growth.

Position Requirements

Required Skills:

• German speaker with proficiency in English.
• 2-3 years of experience in product research, marketing writing, and English-German translations.
• Experience in content writing and content creation.
• Proven SEO experience (1-2 years) in content SEO, technical SEO, and off-page strategies.
• Strong technical skills with hands-on experience with at least one CMS (preferably Umbraco, WordPress or similar is acceptable).
• Ability to use tools like Google Analytics to track performance and user behavior.
• Understanding of UX principles to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.
• Proficiency in design tools (like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) for creating visuals
• Familiarity with web hosting, domain management, and security protocols.
