A well-funded defense startup specializing in advanced counter-drone technologies and electronic warfare. The company has secured tens of millions in funding, successfully completed its Round B, and employs a rapidly growing team.

Their core product is an advanced RF Cyber Takeover system that identifies and neutralizes hostile drones for government and military clients globally.

The company is located in Ra'anana and operates on a hybrid model of two days per week from home.

The Role-

  • Join a newly established ML and AI organization to lead the development of cutting-edge defense solutions.
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end ML Lifecycle: from problem formulation and data collection to model architecture, evaluation, and deployment to production.
  • Focus on algorithmic research and model development, including signal processing, RF, sensor data, and computer vision.
  • Design and train advanced models using deep learning architectures such as CNNs and Transformers.
  • Develop real-time field systems, ML pipelines, and agentic workflows that integrate with hardware platforms.

Requirements-

  • B.Sc. in a scientific or technical discipline from an accredited university – Mandatory.
  • 4–5+ years of experience in ML model development, from research to production deployment – Mandatory.
  • Proven experience developing Deep Learning models – Mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) – Mandatory.
  • Experience with AI Agents, RAG systems, or agentic workflows – Significant advantage.
  • Background in CV, RF, Signal processing, or Multimodal domains – Significant advantage.
