About the job

We are looking for a highly experienced Data & Business Analyst with a deep passion for gaming to join us and our flagship game team. You will play a key role in shaping our data strategy and driving high-impact, data-informed decisions across the company. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to tackle complex business and product challenges, define analytical frameworks, and lead strategic initiatives. Your insights will directly influence product direction, monetization strategies, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities

- Lead analytical initiatives across multiple domains (Product, Monetization, Economy, and Operations), driving impact at scale

- Own the design, execution, and analysis of experiments to deeply understand player behavior, optimize product features, and improve monetization strategies

- Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to uncover opportunities, generate insights, and drive smarter decision-making processes

- Create and deliver compelling, insight-driven presentations to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations.

- Proactively identify business opportunities, define key metrics, and influence decision-making across teams.

- Mentor and support other analysts, promoting best practices and a high standard of analytical excellence.

Requirements

- MUST HAVE: 5+ years of experience analyzing complex products with massive reach and large data sets.

- Proven experience leading analytical projects and influencing stakeholders.

- Experience working in the gaming industry. 

- Exceptional analytical and business mindset with advanced problem-solving skills.

- BS degree in math, statistics, or equivalent.

- Fluency in SQL and strong experience with large-scale data environments.

- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

- A highly detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent communication skills at all levels.
