Backend Team Leader

An innovative seed-stage startup specializing in cybersecurity for Autonomous AI Agents and Enterprise LLM systems. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, the company is developing a unique runtime security platform for enterprise deployments.

Operating on a hybrid model with remote work days, the company is located in Ramat Gan, near the stock exchange and accessible by train.

The Role-

• Lead an engineering team consisting of several developers across Israel and Europe.
• Combine technical leadership with hands-on development (a quarter of the role), splitting your time equally between Python and Java.
• Report directly to the CEO and take a central part in shaping the company's architecture.
• Design and develop backend systems, Super AI Agent platforms, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Work in an advanced ecosystem focused on LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG architectures.

Requirements-

• Proven experience as a Technical Team Lead.
• Several years of hands-on software development experience with Java and Python.
• Strong background in AI/ML stacks: LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Experience working with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
• Experience working in Cloud environments.
