The Role
We are looking for a Service & Integration Manager who will be the "heart" of our technical operations. This isn't just a desk job; it’s a leadership role that bridges the gap between our engineers and our valued clients.
You will be responsible for ensuring our service delivery is as robust as the security solutions we implement. If you are an expert at resource management, customer success, and keeping a technical department running like a well-oiled machine, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Service Desk: Manage the support team. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer support requests and technical issues, ensuring high satisfaction and quick resolution.
- Orchestrate the Team: Own the calendars and schedules of our integration engineers. You’ll be the master of resource allocation, ensuring the right talent is on the right project at the right time.
- Drive Proactive Excellence: Move beyond reactive support. You will lead proactive maintenance initiatives and "Customer Success" workflows to prevent issues before they arise.
- Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for service-related escalations and build long-term relationships with our Enterprise and SMB clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in a Service Management, Technical Lead, or Operations role.
- The "Juggler" Mindset: Exceptional organizational skills.
- Customer First: A passion for Customer Success and the ability to translate technical "speak" into business value.
- Fluent in Hebrew & English: Strong communication skills are a must for our local and international interfaces.
