GFT (Gevasol Feedback Technologies) specializes in developing advanced motion and control systems for industries such as defense, robotics, and medical devices. GFTmotion

Leading end-to-end NPI processes – from the design phase in development through full stabilization in production.

Responsibility for planning and implementing manufacturing and assembly processes for electronic systems.

Preparation of manufacturing and assembly documentation: work instructions, tools and equipment lists, engineering documentation and routing, drawings.

Establishment and ongoing maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOM) and engineering documentation in systems.

Leading cross-functional processes and interfacing between development, production, quality, and procurement teams.

Solving engineering issues, improving existing processes, and driving efficiency in production lines.

Working with subcontractors in manufacturing and assembly processes.

Conducting manufacturability feasibility tests and providing feedback to the development team from the design phase.

Requirements:

Electronics Practical Engineer – mandatory; bachelor’s degree – an advantage.

Previous experience in transferring products from development to production – mandatory.

Prior experience and familiarity with full manufacturing processes, including electronic assemblies and testing processes.

Proficiency in Priority ERP system – mandatory.

Background in preparing manufacturing files, work instructions, process and testing specifications, and designing test fixtures (jigs) – mandatory.

Very good command of technical English.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and ability to lead processes.
