The Role: Senior DevOps Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and evolve Kubernetes clusters across GKE (GCP) and AKS (Azure).

• Build and scale GitOps pipelines using ArgoCD (ApplicationSets, Image Updater, branch promotion).

• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform + Terragrunt (multi-cloud environments).

• Operate streaming systems Kafka (Strimzi/KRaft), Flink, EMQX, NATS.

• Manage secrets lifecycle using Vault, Keycloak (OIDC/SSO), and External Secrets Operator.

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, self-hosted runners, Kaniko builds).

• Own database infrastructure PostgreSQL (CNPG), ClickHouse, Redis HA, MSSQL, BigQuery.

• Implement zero-trust networking with Tailscale, Kong API Gateway, cert-manager.

• Lead observability Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog (APM, alerts, incident response).

• Take part in critical infrastructure migrations and architecture decisions from day one.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering.

• Strong Kubernetes expertise (multi-cluster, multi-cloud GKE / AKS preferred).

• Deep experience with Terraform & Terragrunt (modules, state, CI integration).

• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD or similar GitOps tools.

• Strong CI/CD experience (GitLab CI / GitHub Actions).

• Experience with HashiCorp Vault and secrets management.

• Solid experience with Helm (chart creation & customization).

• Strong observability skills Prometheus, Grafana, alerting.

• Strong Linux, Bash, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS).

• Clean Git workflows and release strategies.
