Our Commercial Department is expanding, and we are looking for a junior associate (post-internship) to join a dynamic practice combining ongoing commercial legal work with real estate transactions.
This role offers close collaboration with the firm’s partners and exposure to significant, high-impact matters.
Key Responsibilities:
The role includes involvement in a broad range of commercial matters, such as ongoing corporate advisory work, drafting commercial agreements, and supporting various transactional processes, alongside exposure to real estate work, including advising on sale and lease transactions, handling regulatory interactions, and involvement in urban renewal projects, among other areas.
Requirements:
- Internship at a leading law firm in commercial law or real estate – mandatory.
- Excellent English (reading, writing, and legal drafting) – mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to dive deep into complex transactions.
