We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of pre-sales engagements and end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects. This is a hybrid role combining technical depth, customer-facing pre-sales activity, and hands-on project execution.
The successful candidate will partner with sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and external customers to translate business needs into scoped, priced, and executable technical solutions — and then lead those projects through to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solution Scoping
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements, including discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops with prospective customers.
- Build and own technical proposals, SoWs (Statements of Work), RFP/RFI responses, and tender submissions.
- Develop pricing models, BoMs (Bill of Materials), and effort estimations in coordination with delivery and product teams.
- Present solutions and proposals to customer stakeholders, from technical teams up to C-level decision makers.
- Support demos, POCs, and marketing activities with technical content and hands-on engagement where required.
Project Management & Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects — planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, content developers, and third-party vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during delivery, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Drive governance: steering committees, status reporting, change management, and escalation handling.
- Ensure technical deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during delivery and feed them back to sales.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and advocate for solutions that meet real-world needs.
Required Qualifications
- Technical background: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical role — Product Management, Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, Technical Design, or equivalent.
- Project management experience: Proven track record of at least 2–3 years managing technical projects end-to-end, ideally in B2G / enterprise environments.
- Pre-sales experience: Demonstrable experience in pre-sales activities — scoping, proposal writing, pricing, customer presentations, and RFP/tender responses.
- Customer management: Prior experience in direct customer-facing roles with the ability to manage expectations, negotiate, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Domain literacy: Solid grasp of cyber security concepts, technologies, and market landscape — or strong willingness and proven capability to ramp up quickly.
- Communication: Fluent, professional written and spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage.
Strong Advantages
- Hands-on background in cyber security — SOC, red/blue team, cyber training, cyber ranges, GRC, or related fields.
- Experience with cyber awareness, simulation, or training platforms.
- Familiarity with government, defense, HLS, or telecom sector engagements.
- Prior work on large-scale turnkey projects (academies, labs, operational centers).
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project management certifications.
- Cyber security certifications (Security+, CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific).
- Experience working with international customers across multiple time zones and cultures.
