COMBLACK is hiring a Backend Tech Lead !
A senior, high-impact role that includes professional leadership and responsibility for critical core systems בתחום business credit, foreign trade, digital, and CRM, within an agile, innovative environment with multiple business and technological interfaces.
The role includes leading the development team from a technological perspective, mentoring and providing professional guidance, improving development methodologies, working closely with business and technology stakeholders, and having a direct impact on the organization’s core system architecture.
What are we looking for?
• At least 4 years of Backend development experience in complex systems
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with Microservices and Messaging (Kafka / ActiveMQ)
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience – mandatory (managerial experience is a strong advantage)
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, CI/CD, Git, and Jenkins
