Comblack is hiring a Credit Systems & Process Analyst!
Looking for a role that combines deep business understanding with hands-on work across systems and technology? This is an opportunity to take part in meaningful work and influence end-to-end processes.
What will you do?
- Analyze and define end-to-end business processes
- Identify business and regulatory needs and translate them into system requirements
- Write detailed functional specification documents
- Lead professional processes and propose improvements and solutions
- Work closely with business, technological, and regulatory stakeholders
- Support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Write procedures and guidelines for business stakeholders (banking teams)
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in business process analysis and requirements definition
- Relevant academic degree
- Experience in financial services / banking / fintech – a strong advantage
- Ability to lead processes, manage stakeholders, and work independently
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
