Project Manager – IT Division

Job Description:

The IT Division is looking for a Project Manager for a cross-functional and dynamic role, which includes ongoing work with development teams, project managers and internal customers, with an emphasis on planning, controlling and accompanying development processes and software versions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building quarterly and annual work plans, including defining goals, milestones and schedules.
• Ongoing monitoring of the progress of tasks and projects, including data collection, gap analysis and status reports to relevant parties.
• Support in planning, coordinating and executing software versions, from the preparation stage to going live.
• Ongoing work with project managers, development teams, testing and internal customers, while coordinating expectations and managing interfaces.
• Producing control, monitoring and progress reports, identifying risks and delays and providing support in making managerial decisions.
• Work in a multi-tasking environment, while meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.

Job Requirements:

• 1+/- years of experience in a planning and control role, project management or similar role - Must
• Familiarity with software development processes and work methodologies such as Agile.
• Ability to work in a team, good interpersonal communication and work with multiple interfaces.
• Ability to organize, be orderly, pay attention to details and meet deadlines.
