Customer Sales Representative (Upsell & Expansion)

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with existing customers, identifying growth opportunities, and helping them get more value from our platform through feature adoption and plan upgrades.

We are a SaaS company that provides a marketing automation platform for businesses.

The position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to existing customers to promote unused features and upsell advanced plans or add-ons.
• Understand customer business needs and recommend relevant solutions that drive value and revenue growth.
• Manage the full sales cycle with existing customers: outreach, qualification, pricing, follow-ups, and deal closure.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, upselling, or account management, including proactive outreach to existing customers.
• Experience working in a SaaS / B2B / technology company - a significant advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals.
• High-level Hebrew proficiency, required for daily communication with Israeli customers
