Project Manager

Comblack is hiring a Technological Project Manager!

The role includes leading cross-organizational technology projects, from planning, scheduling, and budgeting to resource management and performance tracking. The position combines leading a digital recruitment strategy, managing content for a large organization, and driving digital transformation processes aimed at improving recruitment workflows and enhancing the organization’s online presence.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience managing IT and technology projects (preferably cross-organizational)
• Experience in budget management, data analysis, and KPI tracking
• Experience leading digital recruitment strategies, including familiarity with advertising platforms and social media presence
• Technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and .NET development
• Experience with digital transformation processes, growth strategy, and demand generation
