System Analyst & Project Manager (CRM Dynamics)

As a System Analyst & Project Manager (CRM Dynamics), you will be responsible for leading end-to-end system analysis and project delivery within a Microsoft Dynamics environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, development and QA teams, translating business needs into technical solutions while driving implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of core systems. This role combines analytical thinking, technical expertise, and project leadership, with direct impact on business processes and system efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead system analysis and project management activities in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications for new features and system enhancements.
• Define and implement business processes within existing systems.
• Work closely with business users, development teams, and QA teams throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Implement and customize solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel, ensuring timely delivery.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment between business and technology.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM- Must
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate- Must
• Experience writing complex functional and technical specifications- Must
• Experience working across multiple teams and managing parallel tasks- Must
• Experience working with Dynamics CRM in a cloud environment- Advantage
• Experience in project management or leading initiatives- Advantage
• Background in QA / implementation roles within CRM environments- Advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / Engineering or related field- Advantage
