Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Integration & Automation to lead system integration and product delivery, working closely with hardware, software, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for integration and delivery of products
• Manage three teams:

ATE Team

• Design and implement automated systems for testing and calibration (hardware, software, and functionality)
• Develop advanced operational applications for end users

Integration Teams (Detection & Jamming)

• Integrate multi-disciplinary systems
• Analyze hardware/software failures
• Design and implement regression processes
• Perform POCs for new systems/features
• Conduct field tests to validate performance
• Drive system-level understanding and innovation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing and leading teams – mandatory
• 4+ years of experience in testing and integration of multidisciplinary systems – mandatory
• Deep understanding of RF transmission and reception chains
• Experience with calibration algorithms and test equipment, especially RF test systems
• Experience in testing electronic boards (digital and analog)
• Experience transitioning projects from development to production (wiring diagrams, assembly files, production files, test documentation)
• Experience developing automated test systems
• Willingness to work in demanding environments and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to work in the field
