We are looking for a hands-on Embedded Team Lead who combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to drive the development of complex real-time systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both leading a team and staying deeply involved in development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of embedded engineers
• Define and own software architecture for complex embedded systems
• Drive development best practices, code quality, and engineering standards
• Own delivery, planning, and execution of team objectives (Agile/Scrum)
• Remain hands-on (~70%) in development using C/C++
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Lead end-to-end project execution (design → implementation → delivery)
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on cutting-edge automotive solutions

Requirements

Must Have

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience developing complex real-time embedded systems
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• Strong background in software architecture and system design
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency in C/C++ and object-oriented programming
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

Advantages

• Experience with STM32 microcontrollers
• Knowledge of communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN Bus
• Experience with RTOS
• Familiarity with automotive systems and standards
• Experience with IoT technologies (Bluetooth, Cellular, Wi-Fi)
• Background in electronics
• Experience with vibration/signal-related development (Vibe coding)
