I’m hiring for a senior, hands-on leader to build and scale a client-facing delivery function in an early-stage B2B AI company.
This role sits at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering. You’ll lead a team responsible for delivering automation solutions end-to-end, while also owning support, processes, and scalability as the company grows.
This is not a “high-level only” leadership role. It’s for someone who is comfortable going deep – with customers, with workflows, and with execution.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end delivery of customer automations: discovery, design, build, testing, go-live, and iteration
- Lead and grow a team of automation engineers (delivery + support)
- Work closely with customers to understand workflows and translate them into robust technical solutions
- Establish scalable delivery processes (planning, backlog, QA, release)
- Own and improve support operations, including triage and resolution
- Act as escalation point for complex customer issues
- Define and use delivery/support metrics (time-to-value, SLAs, etc.) to drive improvements
- Turn recurring issues into structured solutions and product feedback
What I’m looking for:
- Proven experience leading delivery / implementation / similar teams in tech environments
- Strong technical understanding – able to work closely with engineers (no coding required)
- Experience working directly with customers (including complex environments or systems)
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially around complex processes and edge cases
- Experience building or improving delivery/support processes and metrics
- Excellent communication skills in English (must)
