VP Project / Head of Project Management

💼 VP Projects & Clients (Customer Success & Product & Project)

Reporting directly to the CEO

📍 Working closely with multiple Israeli clients

💡 What will you do?

• Own end-to-end client relationships – retention, growth, and satisfaction

• Lead multiple development projects – timelines, delivery, and quality (SLA)

• Define product solutions – translate business needs into functional specs

• Manage a team of Product & Project Managers

• Build and improve processes, methodologies, and performance

• Handle escalations and work directly with leadership

🧠 What are we looking for?

• 12–15+ years of experience in the tech industry

• Strong background in Client Management + Project Delivery

• Hands-on Product experience (PRDs, specs, working with R&D)

• Experience managing teams

• Deep understanding of Agile and software development processes

• Ability to work with non-technical clients

✨ Nice to have:

• Experience in a services / project-based company

• Background in AI / automation

⚠️ This is not a classic Product role and not just Project Management –

it’s a hybrid leadership role for someone who can own Clients + Projects + Product end-to-end.
