IT Procurement Specialist

A leading global technology company operating at the forefront of AI infrastructure and Data Center innovation is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to join a large-scale international operation.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position for 12 months, with strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Data Center infrastructure and related services

• Create and manage Purchase Requests (PRs) using Coupa or similar procurement platforms

• Support RFQ/RFP processes, bid evaluations, and vendor negotiations

• Coordinate with suppliers, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery and execution

• Monitor procurement workflows, shipment tracking, and data accuracy across systems

• Perform cost analysis, price variance reviews, and procurement reporting

• Drive process improvements and maintain compliance with procurement standards and SLAs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of procurement experience, including experience supporting IT or Data Center operations

• Hands-on experience procuring infrastructure equipment such as servers, storage, networking, cabling, racks, or colocation services

• Strong experience with Coupa or equivalent enterprise procurement systems

• Proven vendor management and negotiation skills

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or similar ERP/procurement platforms

• Advanced Excel skills

• Familiarity with P2P workflows, invoice management, and Data Center lifecycle operations
