A leading technology organization is seeking an experienced FPGA Department Manager to lead advanced development in an embedded hardware environment.
Role Overview
• Lead the development of advanced FPGA components from definition through full system integration
• Define architecture and specifications, and implement complex logic designs
• Build and execute simulation and verification processes in processor-based environments
• Work with high-speed communication interfaces and memory components
Requirements
• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• 7+ years of experience developing FPGA-based boards integrating processors, interfaces, and high-frequency memory
• Strong proficiency in VHDL
• Experience with Xilinx and/or Altera devices
• Hands-on experience with ModelSim
Advantages
• Experience managing or leading development teams
• Familiarity with Verilog
• Experience with communication protocols (Ethernet, UART, SPI)
• Background in Embedded systems or Board Design
