We’re redefining in-game advertising by enabling brands to integrate into Roblox

experiences in a positive, immersive way that players actually enjoy.

We’re looking for a Roblox developer (5+ years) with strong Lua (Luau) skills to build

scalable systems and develop branded campaigns across multiple games.

You’ll work on cross-game infrastructure, UI, server logic, and performance

optimization.

Strong coding standards, adaptability, and understanding of security are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain complex systems within Roblox games.

• Build and support shared systems used across multiple, unrelated games

(infrastructure / cross-game tools).

• Develop branded campaigns within Roblox experiences.

• Work across a wide range of areas including UI logic, visual effects, server-side

systems, and web-based integrations.

• Optimize performance and diagnose issues using profiling and benchmarking

tools.

• Collaborate under tight deadlines and support production issues when needed.

• Integrate into existing codebases and adapt to company-specific development

standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing on Roblox.

• Strong proficiency in Lua (Luau) and familiarity with Roblox documentation.

• Experience writing clean, modular, and efficient code (including proper memory

management and cleanup).

• Experience building reusable systems across multiple games (strong advantage).

• Basic knowledge of web requests and external integrations.

• Understanding of security principles (e.g., not trusting the client).

• Experience using performance tools such as MicroProfiler, ScriptProfiler, Heap

Breakdown, etc.

• Comfortable working in Roblox Studio, including making minor changes to UI,

models, and basic layouts.

• Strong ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Ability to independently perform QA testing and validation.
