Three-Year Fellowship in Obstetric and Gynecologic Ultrasound

This is a structured three-year fellowship position in Obstetric and Gynecologic Ultrasound, designed to provide comprehensive, high-level training in both hospital-based and community settings.

The fellowship is a combined appointment, comprising:

* 50% hospital-based clinical practice, including advanced ultrasound examinations, participation in multidisciplinary teams, and exposure to complex obstetric and gynecologic cases.

* 50% community-based practice, focusing on ambulatory care, routine and targeted ultrasound screening, and continuity of patient care in an outpatient setting.

This unique dual-setting model allows the fellow to develop a broad and balanced skill set, integrating tertiary-care expertise with high-volume community practice.

The position is funded and approved by the Community Division of Clalit Health Services (Central District).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting patient diagnosis and applying treatment plans
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate and thorough medical records
• Ability to participate and engage in medical research and continuous professional development activities
• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and valid medical license in Israel
• Prior residency or relevant clinical experience is highly preferred

Applicants must hold board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Israel, or have completed an equivalent recognized specialist training and be eligible for certification by the relevant Israeli medical authorities.
