Role Description

This is a full-time, ON-SITE Customer Service Representative role located in Petah Tikva, Kiryat Arie.

The role involves day-to-day tasks such as order and shipment processing, invoicing, answering phone calls, and customer training via Zoom. The company also participates in a few exhibitions abroad, so travel may be involved.

Important -

Commitment to 2 times a week, in the evening hours, 1 pm- 10 pm. The rest of the days are flexible hours.

Friday morning- once in 4 weeks from home, a few hours to answer urgent emails.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Knowledge of smart home technology is beneficial
• Work with different systems - Priority, Salesforce, Monday
