Degel Group is looking for an experienced System Engineer to join a challenging and meaningful role in the defense and multidisciplinary engineering sectors.

We work closely with defense, aerospace, and multidisciplinary technology organizations, connecting top engineering talent with complex and impactful projects.
About the role:
As a System Engineer, you will lead and support multidisciplinary system development processes, including:
• Writing system specifications and procedures
• Building development, design verification, and validation plans
• Leading system-level and multidisciplinary project development processes
• Serving as the technical authority within the project framework
• Leading the development team in a synergistic and integrative manner
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Engineering - Mechanical, Aerospace, Electronics, or a related field - mandatory
• M.Sc. in a relevant field - an advantage
• Around 5 years of proven experience in system engineering roles within multidisciplinary projects
• Experience in the development of aeronautical systems - missiles / aircraft - an advantage
• Experience with military systems - an advantage
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English
