We’re looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to join Picanti and work closely with our creative team to build ads that actually work. You will partner with creators, write scripts and creative briefs, and use high-level AI skills to create top-tier creatives. If you are strategic about messaging and know how to use AI to drive results, we want you on the team.

• Collaborating with our creative team to develop winning ad creatives.
• Partnering directly with creators to guide and produce high-quality content.
• Writing compelling ad scripts and strategic creative briefs.
• Using AI tools to generate innovative creative assets and concepts.
• Developing strategic messaging focused on performance and conversion.
• Conducting market and competitor creative research to identify trends.

• Junior-level experience in creative strategy or performance marketing.
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
• High-level proficiency in using AI tools for creative production.
• Strong strategic mindset regarding messaging and creative direction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
