We’re looking for a Team Lead – Controls & Projects to own and transform how we manage and monitor agent commissions - combining data, business insight, and leadership.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Lead a team responsible for operational controls in the agent commissions domain
• Identify irregular payments and investigate root causes
• Detect incorrect system configurations of agreements and drive fixes
• Build and maintain controls using SQL, Power BI & Power Query
• Write business requirement documents and drive system implementations
• Develop scalable control and measurement methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Accounting (or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing a team
• Strong SQL skills – must
• Hands-on experience with Power BI & Power Query – must
• Experience leading projects and working with multiple stakeholders
