Financial Controller

Reports directly to the Director of FP&A

The role includes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial statements, while continuously improving reporting efficiency and system automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes to ensure accurate and efficient reporting
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations in line with company policies
• Drive improvements in close processes, reporting automation, and internal controls
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and prepare reports for management and business partners
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with multiple departments
• Support financial reporting for multi‑entity structures in a global environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience, including exposure to multi‑entity consolidation
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidation practices
• Hands‑on experience in a Big 4 accounting firm — strong advantage
• Experience working in large or global organizations — advantage
