We are looking for a sharp, driven Business Operations (BizOps) professional to join our team as an ML replacement. This role sits at the core of the company’s operations, working closely with the founders and cross-functional teams across legal, finance, and day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with broad ownership and high visibility.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Co-Founders with commercial legal contracts with customers
- Manage customer contracts, commercial agreements, and vendor agreements (including negotiations)
- Coordinate legal processes related to security, licenses, and IP
- Oversee vendor payments and customer invoicing & collections
- Support investor reporting and board-level financial reporting
- Track and support the company budget planning
- Support and manage systems (e.g., HubSpot, access management, sales operations)
You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership across a wide range of responsibilities, and enjoys being the operational backbone of the company. You’re comfortable switching between legal, financial, and operational tasks, and you make sure things get done.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Legal background – strong advantage
- Some experience in finance or accounting (legal + finance is a strong plus)
- Experience with budget tracking or management (at least at a department level)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams
- High energy, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
