Financial Controller - U.S

Enlight, a leading global renewable energy company publicly traded on NASDAQ and TASE, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Financial Controller to join its finance team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to take part in a dynamic, international environment, with broad financial responsibility across Israel, Europe, and the United States, with a strong focus on the company’s U.S. operations (Clenera).

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary financial interface between headquarters and U.S. operations, including close collaboration with the U.S. finance team and subsidiary CFO
• Lead integration, control, and analysis of U.S. financial data and reporting
• Identify, analyze, and address gaps between US GAAP and IFRS and their impact on group reporting
• Implement and enforce group accounting policies and standards
• Manage quarterly financial closing processes and reporting in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP
• Review interim and annual financial statements
• Prepare and analyze management reports
• Participate in cross-organizational financial processes
• Work closely with external auditors and financial advisors
• Review and analyze key agreements from a financial perspective
  
  

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Big 4 alumni (mandatory)
• Experience at Manager / Senior Manager level in a Big 4 firm
• Proven experience in a post-Big 4 role, preferably in a public or energy company
• Hands-on experience working with U.S.-based companies
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• High-level professional English (written and verbal)
• Advanced Excel skills
