AI & Data Training Lead

InfinityLabs R&D is hiring an experienced AI & Data Lead to help shape the next generation of AI Researchers & Data Engineers and AI Products development.

This is a high-impact role combining system design, product development, mentorship, and industry engagement, ideal for someone who enjoys both building real-world AI systems and guiding others.

Your work will directly impact thousands of students, their careers, and the companies they join. You will help shape how engineers are trained, evaluated, and deployed into the industry.

What You’ll Do

• Lead hands-on Data Science & ML programs with strong engineering standards
• Design and build AI-powered systems for training, evaluation, and placement
• Define and design end-to-end AI systems
• Mentor engineers through real-world implementation and system design challenges
• Work with modern AI systems, including LLM-based workflows and applied AI in production environments
• Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and evolving trends across the AI ecosystem
• Represent our students' AI/Data capabilities in technical discussions with hiring partners
• Influence the direction of AI/Data trainings, curriculum, and internal platforms
• Lead and manage a team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience
• Strong understanding of production ML systems and real-world constraints
• Ability to think in systems and architecture, not only models
• Deep expertise in at least one AI domain (CV, NLP, Classical ML, GenAI, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and leadership mindset
• Experience with MLOps or LLM-based systems is a strong advantage
