  • Support global sales operations and work closely with international customers
  • Ensure high quality customer experience for our global partners
  • Lead the “quote-to-cash” process - from order receipt to invoicing
  • Review and approve customer orders and coordinate schedules with factories
  • Work closely with factories on production planning and supply coordination
  • Build sales forecasts and monitor actual performance vs. plan
  • Analyze gaps between forecast and actuals, providing actionable insights
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales operations / planning / supply chain roles
  • Excellent English - written and verbal (mother tongue level preferred)
  • Bachelor degree in Business / economics / Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP systems — an advantage
  • Excellent written communication skills
