Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for a Telemarketer/Appointment Setter. The role involves initiating calls to prospective clients, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records of communication, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include working collaboratively with the sales team to support lead generation and ensuring client needs are met.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service to manage client interactions professionally.
  • Experience in Sales with the capability to identify and qualify leads or opportunities.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a basic understanding of sales processes is a plus.
