🚀 We’re Hiring: System Administrator🚀

A large enterprise organization is looking for an experienced Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer to join a high-impact infrastructure team.

This role is heavily focused on managing a large-scale, hybrid Exchange environment (On-Prem & Exchange Online) supporting tens of thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain enterprise-level Exchange infrastructure (Hybrid: On-Prem & Online)

• Design and implement infrastructure architecture solutions

• Perform ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and performance optimization

• Develop advanced scripts and automations using PowerShell

• Troubleshoot complex issues independently and with Microsoft support

• Support development teams on infrastructure-related aspects

• Lead and support large-scale cloud migration projects

• Execute performance and load testing

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience working with Microsoft infrastructure

• Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online & Exchange On-Prem in large environments

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise organizations

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure

• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills – required

• Proven experience with mailbox migrations (On-Prem ↔ Cloud)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
