A leading global high-tech company is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager – Data Migration Lead to lead end-to-end data migration within an HCM implementation project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data migration strategy, planning, and execution
- Manage data mapping, transformation, and validation
- Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and System Integrators
- Oversee mock runs, reconciliation, and go-live readiness
Requirements:
- 5+ years in HRIS / HCM projects (including data migration)
- Proven experience leading large-scale data migrations
- Strong knowledge of HR data structures
- Experience working with System Integrators
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
- Workday / SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM
- Global / multi-country project experience
