Professional Services Specialist, Fiverr Enterprise

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Professional Services Manager to join our team. As a Professional Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution for customer-related projects. Your primary focus will be to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables while actively participating in operational tasks to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

Up to 3 years of experience in a client facing/operation role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in converting technical concepts to non-technical users.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously or as an operations manager in a tech-driven, B2B, product-led company.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, work independently, and collaboratively, and adapt to a fast-moving environment.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a capacity for diving into details and performing end-to-end investigations
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SQL is advantage

What am I going to do?:

Actively participate in project execution, ensuring successful project completion by managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Prioritize cases effectively on a daily basis to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
Gather requirements, design and configure solutions, oversee installation and integration processes, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Implement customized solutions based on the company's offerings for both new and existing customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, and R&D to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant technical support to customers.
Handle and respond to support-related tickets from clients across all tiers (SMB to Enterprise) via various channels including email and chat.
