RF Engineer – Defense Industry (Central Israel)

A leading defense technology company in central Israel, specializing in advanced Electronic Warfare systems, is looking for an experienced RF Engineer to join its R&D team.

This is a unique opportunity to take part in the development of cutting-edge high-frequency RF and microwave components for next-generation defense systems.

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Lead RF product development from concept through full implementation
• Perform system-level design including RF chain simulations and component selection
• Define and integrate high-power RF components and subsystems
• Conduct electromagnetic simulations and support mechanical design aspects
• Prepare electrical schematics and support PCB layout processes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (software, mechanical, system engineers)
• Develop prototypes and support testing, validation, and documentation

🎯 Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering – חובה
• At least 3–5 years of experience in RF development (up to ~18GHz)
• Strong system-level understanding of transmit and receive RF chains
• Experience in high-power RF systems – advantage
• Hands-on experience with RF design and simulation tools (AWR, Orcad, Expedition)
• Experience with RF & DC circuit design
• Ability to work independently and drive technical activities
• Experience working in multidisciplinary environments
