Head of Analytics – Growth | Petah Tikva

A leading data and technology organization in Petah Tikva is seeking a Head of Analytics – Growth to drive data-driven growth initiatives and impact business performance across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data-driven growth initiatives across the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sale to post-sale
• Drive direct impact on revenue growth and business performance
• Collaborate closely with senior management, sales teams, and Customer Success
• Analyze funnels, cohorts, and segmentation to generate actionable insights
• Build analytical models and dashboards
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and implement professional standards
• Work with SQL, BI tools, and Product and R&D environments

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, including 3+ years in a managerial role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
• Proven experience working with sales teams, Customer Success, and clients
• Strong business acumen and ability to lead data-driven processes
