A global ad-tech company is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow revenue for its SaaS product, an all-in-one B2B platform for creating, sharing, and closing proposals.
The company leverages AI and machine learning to help brands and agencies optimize paid marketing campaigns through its Marketing Cloud, offering automation, reporting, and analytics tools to maximize ROI. Headquartered in Tel Aviv with global offices, it offers a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Your mission: drive new business, expand into global markets, and position the platform within modern B2B sales workflows.
You will own the full sales cycle from sourcing leads to closing deals while contributing to messaging, product insights, and go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants ownership over results.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: self-source pipeline while converting outbound, inbound, and marketing-qualified leads into paying customers.
- Proactively build and manage a healthy pipeline across SMB and mid-market B2B segments in global markets.
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and tailored presentations that clearly connect the company's value to measurable business outcomes.
- Drive deals forward with structured follow-ups, strong objection handling, and confident negotiation.
- Accurately forecast revenue and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy based on real market feedback.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless handovers and identify expansion, upsell, and renewal opportunities.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships or channel opportunities to accelerate distribution.
- Bring customer insights and competitive learnings back to Product and Management to help shape the roadmap and strategy.
- Continuously improve sales playbooks, outreach strategies, and processes to support scalable growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field – A Must.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
- Strong full-cycle sales experience, including outbound sourcing and pipeline generation.
- Previous experience as an SDR/BDR or in a hybrid hunter-closer role – Advantage.
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales tech stacks.
- Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, compelling business value.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based SaaS models and revenue metrics.
- Fluent English – written and spoken.
