Release Manager

Release Manager | Rishon LeZion

A leading financial organization in Rishon LeZion is seeking a Release Manager to lead and manage end-to-end release processes across multiple platforms in a complex, regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage release processes across all platforms, including Web, Backend, iOS, and Android
• Plan and lead release cycles across DEV, UAT, PERF, and PROD environments
• Work with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD
• Coordinate between development, QA, DevOps, DBA, and business stakeholders
• Lead deployment processes and optimize release management methodologies
• Ensure version compatibility, information security requirements, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct status meetings and lead cross-organizational forums

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Release Manager in a large organization
• Experience managing mobile releases (iOS and Android)
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, GitLab, and Bitbucket
• Experience managing deployment processes in complex, multi-environment systems
• Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks
• Experience with Fastlane, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console – advantage
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) – advantage
