Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Management Officer (PMO) located in the Tel Aviv District of Israel. The PMO will oversee and coordinate project activities, ensuring the completion of projects on time, within budget, and scope. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and resources, monitoring budgets, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to organizational objectives and standards. The PMO will also play a key role in program governance and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications

Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with experience leading complex projects or programs.
Excellent Analytical Skills and Budgeting capabilities to ensure efficient project planning and resource allocation.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using project management tools and software is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required; a Master's degree or relevant certifications such as PMP are an advantage.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
