"From 1 to 1,000": Our client has developed, tested and started selling the product. Now they need the leader to scale the operation. We are looking for a Founding General Manager / COO with proven experience in similar challenges.

This is a disruptive, innovative and market-fit product that has already been successfully deployed. There is already a solid base of paying customers who are enjoying its impact. The “0 to 1” phase is completed. Now, we need the visionary operator who can take that 1 and turn it into 1,000.

The Mission:

Scale Operations: Take a proven prototype/concept and build a massive, efficient operation around it.
Global Supply Chain: Own the end-to-end manufacturing and import process, specifically focusing on production in developing/third-world countries.
Build the Dream Team: Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing team from the ground up.
Execution: Bridge the gap between high-level strategy and boots-on-the-ground reality.

Who You Are:

The Global Operator: You have extensive, hands-on experience managing manufacturing and logistics in developing markets. You know how to navigate the complexities, regulations, and cultures of third-world production.
The Talent Magnet: You have a proven track record of hiring the best and managing them to peak performance.
The Scaler: You’ve been through the “growing pains” of a company before and know how to build systems that don’t break under pressure.
Location: Open to talent from anywhere in Israel.
