QA Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to join us in a meaningful, high-impact role.

In this position, you will lead the development of the product’s testing ecosystem from the ground up - from manual testing processes, through automation infrastructure, to the implementation of quality methodologies as an integral part of the development lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, defining standards, taking full ownership, and making quality a core driver of both product and company growth. We are looking for an independent, detail-oriented person with strong system-level thinking, who can combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain automation infrastructure as part of CI/CD processes
• Create an E2E testing infrastructure for a system with multiple interfaces and services
• Perform load and performance testing for a growing platform
• Define the company’s testing and quality processes
• Work as part of the development team
• Perform manual testing when needed

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in manual and automated testing
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
• Experience with E2E testing for web applications
• Experience testing REST APIs
• Familiarity with load and performance testing
• Experience working with CI/CD tools
• Strong JavaScript knowledge
• Familiarity with AI-related technologies

Position Details

Hybrid work model: 4 days from the office in Tel Aviv, 1 day remote.
