Operations Manager - Relocation

We are seeking a driven, hands-on Operations Manager for an international Cybersecurity Training Center.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, and seamless day-to-day execution across all center activities: operational, administrative, and commercial.

The Operations Deputy Manager will report to the Centre’s Operations Director and work closely with the Operations Director and with Pedagogical managers to form the local leadership team.

Your Role

As an Operations Manager, you will serve as an operational leader in the training center, ensuring the seamless delivery and scalability of the cybersecurity programs:

• Operations: Manage daily operations of the cybersecurity training center, working to ensure smooth delivery and operational efficiency.

• Training Management & Team Leadership: Onboard, and manage professional trainers/instructors and operational staff in a cross-cultural environment.

• Performance Oversight: Uphold standards, expectations, and monitor performance.

• Administrative Oversight: Logistics, vendor relationships, LMS management.

• Process Optimization: Design and implement robust operational workflows to scale training delivery.

• Mandatory Relocation: This role requires full relocation to the training center location. Valid foreign passport is required.

Required Experience:

Proven experience managing operations in a highly dynamic environment – a must.

Relevant roles may include Operations Manager, Organizational LearningManager, Head of Training Operations, or equivalent managerial positions.

Team Management: Demonstrated experience in team management, performance monitoring and assessments, overseeing logistics, ensuring quality and driving operational excellence.

Decision-Making & Problem shooting: Strong sense of responsibility, ability to multi-task, ability to assess circumstances and make sound decisions under pressure,solve complex problems, and effectively lead teams and scalable processes with minimal supervision.

Professional Fluency: Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Representative: Comfortable representing the organization in front of clients, partners, and external stakeholders in a professional environment.

Technical or cybersecurity background - a strong advantage.
