Join one of the world’s leading medical device companies! We are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our Sustain R&D team. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge medical laser systems, solve complex engineering challenges, and lead improvements on life-saving products.

What will you do?

• Lead & Collaborate: Participate in multidisciplinary project teams to develop specifications and improve engineering designs.
• System Design: Design electrical systems and select electronic components in accordance with company standards.
• Engineering Investigations: Lead technical investigations in collaboration with Software and System Engineering teams.
• Compliance & Quality: Work closely with Quality, Regulatory, and V&V teams to ensure compliance with strict international medical standards.
• Project Management: Manage timelines, cost estimates, and maintain full technical documentation of work processes.

What are we looking for?

• Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in hardware development for Medical Capital Equipment.
• Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in Power Electronics and Digital Hardware.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Altium, PCAD, or OrCAD.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills and high-level technical writing in both Hebrew and English.
• Significant Advantage: Familiarity with IEC 60601-1 safety standards.
• Soft Skills: High self-learning capability, strong motivation, and an uncompromising commitment to quality and patient safety.
