System Analyst

Role Description

• Analyze business requirements and define system solutions for Back Office systems (securities management systems, payment systems, and additional platforms).
• Write functional specification documents (high-level and detailed), including process flows, test documents, and procedures.
• Support and coordinate development, testing, and implementation processes while working with development and QA teams.
• Manage development tasks within projects under your responsibility.
• Participate in development tasks as needed.
• Define and write test scenarios, support end-to-end testing processes.
• Train users and operations teams and support system implementation.
• Handle production issues, analyze problems, and provide professional solutions in a production environment.
• Participate in on-call rotations (midweek, Fridays, and holiday eves).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – mandatory.
• Master’s degree – advantage.
• Several years of experience in systems analysis – mandatory.
• Experience writing specification documents in both Hebrew and English – mandatory.
• Proven experience in designing complex business systems and understanding development processes – mandatory.
• Experience with Natural Adabas – advantage.
• Familiarity with capital markets and Back Office processes in the securities domain – advantage.
• Strong system thinking and ability to quickly understand business processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High motivation and ability to work under pressure.
