What You'll Do

• Own the product definition and roadmap for a team focused on integration and expansion of capabilities within a universal drone control and flight management platform
• Translate complex operational and customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and execution plans
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with end-to-end ownership - from shaping the vision and defining priorities to hands-on execution and direct customer engagement (Israel & global)
• Bring clarity and structure to complex environments by breaking down problems, aligning stakeholders and driving delivery
• Work closely with engineering, algorithms and flight control teams across software and system-level development
• Act as the key link between product, technology and customers, ensuring alignment and real-world impact
• Drive product evolution by identifying new opportunities, features and potential customers, while contributing to product positioning and go-to-market efforts
  
  

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading complex, technology-driven products
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives with end-to-end ownership, including execution, operational aspects and direct work with B2B customers
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to prioritize, make decisions and drive execution in dynamic environments
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and translate complex needs into actionable plans
• Experience working closely with R&D teams on technical and system-level products
• Hands-on, proactive and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership
• Experience or familiarity with drones, unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and flight control or software-intensive systems - advantage
