Ashtrom Renewable Energy operates as an independent power producer (IPP) and specializes in developing, financing, constructing, and operating large-scale renewable energy projects.

Ashtrum Renewable Energy is hiring a Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial reporting activities within the company
• Prepare and report consolidated quarterly financial statements in accordance with IFRS (subsidiary of a public company, including reporting to investors and banks)
• Manage treasury operations and cash flow
• Work closely with internal business units and external stakeholders (auditors, tax advisors, etc.)
• Lead the finance team in Israel and oversee the finance team in the U.S.
• Report directly to the CFO

Requirements:

• Background in a Big 5 accounting firm
• 3–5 years of experience as a Controller in a public company or a subsidiary of a public company (post-internship)
• Proven experience managing teams
• Fluent English – mandatory
• Experience working in an international company – advantage
• Experience in renewable energy / real estate / infrastructure – advantage
• Knowledge of U.S. and international taxation – advantage
• Experience in IPOs, prospectus preparation, and stock exchange reporting – an advantage.
