Job Description:

The role involves managing and leading a development team in a complex project, with full responsibility for end-to-end development processes—from planning and architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment.

As part of the role, you will define development standards and code quality practices, lead work in an Agile methodology, and coordinate between development, QA, architecture, and infrastructure teams. In addition, the role includes managing tasks and timelines, providing ongoing reporting to management, and identifying and managing technological risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• At least 5 years of experience managing development teams of 5+ members
• Proven experience in web development using C#, .NET, and Angular
• Experience with cloud development on Azure
• Experience working with databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in software architecture and system design
• Experience developing and maintaining complex systems
• At least 2 years of experience working in Agile methodology

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for development teams
• Experience in project management and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with project management and configuration management tools (Azure DevOps, Git, or similar)
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities
